These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Doteka mobile application ("App") provided by the Doteka team ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Doteka is an Android application that provides AI-powered semantic search over your photo gallery. The App uses on-device machine learning models to index your photos and enable natural-language search queries. Key characteristics of the service:

You are solely responsible for the content of your photo library and how you use the search results provided by Doteka.
The App, including its design, code, AI model weights (excluding open-source third-party components), and content, is owned by the Doteka team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your photos remain entirely your property. The App does not claim any rights over your photos or the data derived from them.

AI-based search results are probabilistic and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee that the App will find all photos matching your query or that all results will be relevant.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DOTEKA TEAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Since Doteka is a free application provided without charge, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed €10 (ten euros).
Doteka incorporates open-source and third-party software components. Use of such components is subject to their respective licenses. We make no representations about third-party software and accept no responsibility for its functionality or compliance with applicable laws.
Links to Google Play and references to Google services are subject to Google's Terms of Service.
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of their provisions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the developer is located.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App. Your continued use of Doteka after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
